We have Resourcing teams in each of our IHC teams. Reporting into each Associate Director of People Service, the Resourcing team provides Recruitment, Temporary staffing and Rostering support.
Our Resourcing teams will work closely with recruiting managers across the Health Board and also our NHS Wales Shared Service Partnership who provides transactional recruitment and payroll support.
Main duties of the job
To be a key member of the E-Rostering Team assisting with the roll-out of the modules within Healthroster across the Healthboard in accordance with the project plan and projected timescales and provide specific support to existing end users.To act as the first point of contact for resolution of enquiries independently; assist in delivery of training programmes, support on benefits realisation and reporting.To provide administrative support to the E-Rostering Manager and RosterAdministrators and assist with the development and maintenance of ERostering documentation and protocols.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
