We are looking for a Band 5 Registered nurse to join our team at Llandudno Hospital on a full time basis (37.5 hours a week).

You will be based on the Morfa ward at the hospital.

Main duties of the job

Initial assessment and completion of documentation of patients.

Regular assessment of patients treatment needs and planning accordingly

Pressure ulcer and falls prevention

Administration of medication including IV medication

Liaising with other departments to coordinate patient care and treatment

Adhering to infection prevention policies and procedures.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
