Job summary
This is a diverse service providing care for patients with eye conditions in various settings including Eye Day Care Unit, Theatres, Specialist Intravitreal department, Eye Outpatient Department and Casualty service. We assess and treat unscheduled care patients with acute symptoms and support those with long term chronic conditions that often can have potential for irreversible sight loss without active treatment interventions.
Our primary focus is on positive treatment intervention with high volume patient flow in all our ophthalmology departments. The post is rotational within Central ophthalmology services.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
