Following the COVID challenges of the last year we are looking to reset our department with a focus on work/life balance and building resilience within our staff. To this end we are pleased to announce that we are looking for new consultant colleagues.
We welcome and encourage colleagues who want to work less than full time, as well as on an annualised basis. We have experience of making job plans that work for the individual as well as the department and are keen to try to create jobs that work for people.
Main duties of the job
We are currently in the process of developing and diversifying our clinician base with two consultant therapist roles being advertised.
We welcome colleagues that want to take part in GIM medical take but this is not essential.
You are required to be on the Specialist Register, have CCST's in Geriatric Medicine and GIM or recognised equivalent or be within 6 months of obtaining it at the time of the interview.

About us
The hospital is superbly located in North Wales, with its areas of outstanding natural beauty, and within easy reach of Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.
There is a generous relocation expenses of up to £8,000 are available subject to availability.
The successful candidates will be appointed to the amended Welsh Consultant Contract (3 SPAs as standard) with a current salary range of £79,957 - £103,806 per annum. In addition Consultants will be eligible for Commitment Awards up to a maximum of £24,410 per annum.
