Job summary

An exciting opportunity has risen for an organised and motivated individual to join Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Boards' Welsh Language Service. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Welsh Language Team, ensuring the service is provided efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for an individual that can work effectively in response to the needs of the service within a supportive and friendly team.

Main duties of the job

Working as part of the Welsh Language Team, the post holder will provide full administrative support to the Team. This will require the post holder to manage the Welsh Language Translation Services Portal, allocating work to members of the Translation Team, ensuring work is returned to clients in a timely manner. The post holder will also be required to manage diaries, organise meetings, prepare meeting papers and take minutes of meetings. The post holder will also support the Welsh Language training programme, co-ordinating database and manage the Welsh Language Tutor mailbox by providing information regarding courses to staff.

Working as part of the team the post holder will be the first point of contact for the team; this may extend to internal and external stakeholders.
