Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced secretary to join us within the Gastroenterology Secretarial Team.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive secretarial support with the Gastroenterology Team working within the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Team.
The applicant must be an experienced secretary. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work. You must be able to work on your own initiative, use tact and diplomacy where appropriate and possess excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of hospital systems would be beneficial.
We will need the post holder to cover 15 hours Thursday and Friday, but there is some flexibility in the additional 15 hours and this can be agreed with the successful candidate
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
