Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 3 Team Secretary to join a well-established Community Mental Health Team between North and South Caerphilly. The post is split between Rhymney Integrated Health Centre and Mill Road. The post requires a flexible fast learning individual to join the team who is able to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
Main duties of the job
To provide and co-ordinate comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Multi-Disciplinary Community Mental Health Team.
To provide efficient administrative support to all members of the department, including typing, audio-typing, photocopying, filing etc.
To carry out a range of tasks which require the exercise of initiative to a significant level. To process both incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with all correspondence in an appropriate and timely manner.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
This post is fixed term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.
