Resource Bank Admin Assistant

Job summary

The post holder will support the Resource Bank Operational Team with administrative duties.

Ensuring efficient processes are maintained and adhered to, allows the team to achieve the departments targets.To work within standard operating procedures, advice available as required.To plan and organise straightforward activities

Main duties of the job

Create monthly reports by exporting data from Allocate BankStaff to excel or word to provide analytical data to Divisions and Workforce.

Run reports in ESR for mandatory and statutory training compliance, maternity and sickness leave to monitor compliance andattendance.

Email bank workers to diarise informal cancellation meetings; request up to date contact details on ESR and to assist in the 6 monthlycleanse exercises for bank workers.

Promoting hard to fill shifts.

Run reports in ESR for mandatory and statutory training compliance, maternity and sickness leave to monitor compliance andattendance. Email Bank workers in relation to non compliance with thir training.

Restrict Bank workers who are not available for work due to sickness and maternity leave etc.

Register agency workers in the Allocate Bankstaff system.

Assisting with arranging payment of agency invoices.

This permanent opportunity is full time working Monday- Friday between the hours of 08:00-17:00. Agile working is in place offering some hours working from home and hours in the office at Llanfrechfa.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
