To be responsible for the training needs of Band 2 staff. To promote good staff communication. To promote good communication skills with emphasis on patientcontact by telephone and in person To work closely with all the clinical staff and administration staffwithin the Emergency Department. To be responsible for the day to day allocation of workload for theReception team. To deal with queries from anxious patients or visitors dealing withcultural or language difficulties. Deals promptly with queries and complaints. To assist inmonitoring workloads re-arranging duties as required. Provide advice and guidance to staff on disclosure of information inaccordance with current legislation.
