An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Urology Unit as a Band 2 healthcare support workers at Royal Gwent Hospital on a full or part time basis
The Urology unit diagnose, treat and support patients though their urology journey and is open Monday to Friday
Main duties of the job
Urology Health Care Support Worker
This post is based at Aneurin Bevan University, Urology Outpatients and will be required to cover other sites within the Health board.We are looking for enthusiastic Health Care Support Workers to join our Urology Outpatient Department which caters for patients requiring outpatient interventional urology treatment and diagnostics.Individuals must be motivated, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be a team player who is committed to improving the patient experience and supporting the continence team.The successful applicant must be caring and hard working, with good communication skills, and be able to work well in a team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
