ICT Operational Junior Support Engineer

Job summary

The successful applicants will be part of the ICT Service Desk providing support to users across a range of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) sites.

This is a junior role supported by senior members of the team.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicants will take part in a varied range of activity such as fault resolution, service request fulfillment, installation, repair and maintenance of networked PCs, peripheral hardware, software and attachments to host systems.The post holders should have a basic understanding of Windows desktops and good customer service skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
