Job summary
To provide and co-ordinate comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Mental Health 111 Service, initially based in St Cadoc's Hospital and to act as the first Mental Health 111 for all enquiries regarding the service.
To organise diaries and set up appointments. Resolving conflicting diary appointments and schedules as necessary
To manage and prioritise own workload, required to act independently
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
