The post holder will play a role in implementing the Clinical Futures strategy, as well as continuing to develop the Grange University Hospital and reconfiguring our network of Local General Hospitals.We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated, with a successful track record of delivery and established relationships within healthcare. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a key member of the Clinical Futures Programme team. This is a team that leads the redesign of clinical and operational services across all parts of the health system and supports the delivery of change.
They will lead service design, programme, project planning and delivery support with Divisions, facilitating delivery of key areas of the Clinical Futures strategy aimed at improving services across the 'whole system', from primary and community care, through to secondary and specialised services.
The post holder will be responsible for identifying innovative and transformational service design opportunities, in line with the Clinical Futures strategy and the opening of the Grange University Hospital. The role then provides project, programme and tactical 'hands-on' support to Divisional teams to deliver the change with the Division and across the health system.
