An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated, innovative NMC registered nurse or Allied Healthcare professional registrant. As part of our dynamic Occupational Health (OH) team the post-holder will provide leadership for the development and delivery of an effective Occupational Health service for the staff and managers within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
The role will involve cross site working but the successful candidate will be based at St Woolos Hospital.
Main duties of the job
Day to day professional and operational responsibility, supporting the Head of Occupational Health to ensure high quality, effective and efficient services. We are looking for a dynamic, adaptable and highly innovative individual with a range of experience at a senior level in leadership, management and clinical practice including OH experience.
The post is multifaceted and is suitable for an agile thinking individual who has the passion to influence and lead the development of the OH service and act as the clinical lead for the OPAS-G2 database to realise its potential. The post-holder will be a visible professional clinical leader with responsibility for the enhancement and modernisation of OH practice and development of clinical staff to meet the needs of our current and future workforce.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
