Job summary
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Regional Partnership Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The post holder will provide leadership, expertise and motivation in the development and delivery of major and minor capital projects in line with the Regional Partnership Board's Strategic Capital Plans. Responsible for managing a portfolio of capital projects from inception through to completion, the post holder will also be responsible for project assurance and governance ensuring the smooth running of projects, including post project evaluation and lessons learnt to inform future projects going forward.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Partnership & Integration, the post holder will provide leadership, expertise and motivation in the development and delivery of major and minor capital projects in line with the Regional Partnership Board's Strategic Capital Plans. This includes Business Case development, ensuring cases are aligned to the Health Boards strategic and service priorities, assisting in the capital procurement process, buildingcommissioning and service implementation. Undertaking the day to day management of a portfolio of capital projects from inception through to completion, the post holder will also be responsible for project assurance and governance ensuring the smooth running of projects, including post project evaluation and lessons learnt to inform future projects going forward.
