Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the ENT Scheduling Department, based at the Royal Gwent Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with an eye for detail and a passion for improvement.
You will be supported by the Theatre Coordinator and given full in-house training. Knowledge of RTT and waiting list management is desirable for this post and you must be experienced with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Scheduling waiting lists, PAC Partial booking systems, RTT targets and Pathway management, and be able to make, amend and cancel appointments to ensure optimum theatre utilisation.
You will need to be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with colleagues, patients, clinicians and Directorate Managers.
This is a full time permanent post based at the Royal Gwent Hospital and will be an excellent opportunity to gain scheduling and waiting list management experience.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
