The post holder will play a role in implementing the Clinical Futures strategy, as well as continuing to develop the Grange University Hospital and reconfiguring our network of Local General Hospitals.We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated, with a successful track record of delivery and established relationships within healthcare. Main duties of the job
- Lead and manage a specific portfolio of programmes/workstreams/projects, such as transformative 'home to home' service model design, organization development, productivity and efficiency opportunities which will require cross health system design and delivery.
- Ensure all transformation plans are holistic and that they are centered on the evidence based needs of patients and population.
- Responsible for ensuring programme plans bring together all elements of design and delivery including overall service design, workforce, capacity and demand, system and process design, technology, capital and finance.
- To represent the Clinical Futures programme in the relevant Divisions, or Corporate department relating to ensure that area's plans are transformative, robust and meet the Health Board's need.
- Lead on specific developments which improve the project and programme skills and capability across the Health Board, including the development of project resources in an easily understood format, encouraging and supporting their proactive use by all appropriate staff within the organisation
- To spread and facilitation of a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence across the organisation.
