The post holder would be responsible for the day to day operation of the Resource Bank, to assist maximising the filling if bank and agency shifts across ABUHB

Main duties of the job

- To supervise the Resource bank team on a daily basis, dealing with queries, complaints timely
- To prepare reports from the Bank staff Allocate system
- Responsible for running bank weekly pay file , paying bank workers timely, resolving pay queries.
- Overseeing the payment of agency invoices within the 30 day payment policy.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.
