An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Change Lead within the Health Boards Digital, Data & Technology Directorate, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB).

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from varying professions across the health board, other NHS and 3rd party organisation/suppliers. This will include the requirement to attend sites regularly, sometimes at short notice. If you are looking for a new challenge in a prosperous department then this role is for you.
Main duties of the job
The Digital Change Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of business change as pat of the implementation of Digital Projects and Programmes. Working closely with Programme Managers to assure the change activities related to requirements gathering and business change are planned and delivered effectively.
The post holder will be required to develop with internal and external stakeholder, they will create an environment where people are receptive to the transformational change resulting from digital implementations. The post holder will need to have extensive expertise of benefits management, business change and business analysis.
Using their skills and knowledge they will ensure that all digital Programmes and projects have clearly defined benefits and that that there are arrangements in place to measure and monitor the benefits through to realisation.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
