This role offers a new opportunity to work within an established Workforce E Systems/Workforce Information Team. Deputising for the Head of E Systems/Information. Developing bespoke workforce information reports to improve workforce performance and liaising with Senior Managers across Health Board. Lead a new function within the Workforce Information department for Medical E Systems (E Rostering, Locum/Bank and Agency). Formulating and adjusting complex workforce information plans in order to successfully implement the systems.

Main duties of the job

This post will act as the deputy to the Head of Workforce Performance & Information Systems and will be responsible for analysing the quality and content of complex data held within the Health Board's Workforce HR Systems, interpreting complex information and providing/presenting reports to our management and executive team. Responsible for analysing complex medical workforce information and developing a suite of new reports for the new Medical E-Systems (E-Rostering, Locum/Bank and Agency) which will need to be presented to E-Systems Programme Board and Senior Medical Leaders.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
