Job summary

We are looking for a caring and motivated Health Care Support Worker to help provide mental health services to patients within our 6 bedded Adult Mental Health female Unit, Bellevue Ward at St Cadocs Hospital. The position will be focusing on the direct needs of service users currently suffering a complex mental health problem and under the supervision of senior practitioners will assist in the provision of care and treatment.

We have the option for flexible working patterns, including the option for long day shifts to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be expected to act at all times within the guidelines of the patient's care plan and within the supervision of senior support and or professional in charge.
