An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in the North Monmouthshire Community Mental Health Team

Main duties of the job
Band 6 - Community Psychiatric Nurse- North Monmouthshire
We are looking for an RNMH who is highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about service user centred care to work within the North Monmouthshire Adult Community Mental Health Team, Maindiff Court Hospital, Abergavenny.
You will have knowledge and experience in the care of people with complex, severe and enduring mental health problems in a community setting. You will have opportunity to link with the wider service which includes a Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Team, Primary Care Mental Health Support Services (PCMHSS), Assertive Outreach Team and Inpatient Services.
You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of the highest quality user-centred care and contribute to the development of mental health services in North Monmouthshire. The successful applicant will be part of a developing service providing a high standard of and evidence based care to those in North Monmouthshire
The post is a permanent post with full-time hours, However secondment would be considered on an individual basis.
