Job summary

- Validate cancer lists utilising health board systems such as Myrddin, CWS, CANISC, ORMIS etc and communicating with key personnel including clinical, managerial, scheduling, booking and information along with reviewing patient notes and contacting patients to ensure accuracy and help progress patients through their pathways
- Assist Cancer Services team by running standard periodic reports to quality assure validation processes, escalate patients to partner services and identify validation errors

adding investigations and all data items in tracker 7
Working closely with MDT co-ordinator to ensure data accuracy
This is a secondment post for 8 months to cover service needs.
