The main duties of the posts are to care for individuals with complex health care needs in care homes and their own homes within the community.

As band 8a Care Home Pharmacist you will work as part of our Primary Care Pharmacy team to establish and develop good medicines management systems, promote evidence-based, cost-effective prescribing and support ABUHB initiatives to promote and improve patient selfcare.
