Job summary
We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated newly qualified Registered Learning Disability Nurse to be part of our team at Twyn Glas our 5 bedded residential home for individuals with PMLD/ Complex physical health needs.
Twyn Glas provides care for 5 patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a 3 shift system including nights and weekends.
You will receive an induction and training commensurate with your role including access to the Journey of Excellence (JoE) professional development programme aligned to the learning and development opportunities offered within the Health Board.
