Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join ourMedical Records Department, a dynamic and varied team that plays a vital role in supporting patient care. This department covers multiple areas, including:
- New Case Management - ensuring accurate and timely creation of waiting lists.
- Clinic Coordination- supporting clinics with efficient record handling.
- Subject Access Requests- managing patient data requests in line with GDPR.
- Bereavement Services - providing sensitive and professional support which includes liaising with Medical Examiners and Clinicians.
- Appointment Booking Centre - coordinating patient appointments effectively.
This is a fast paced department, dealing with various directorates, patients and a variety of other departments.
We are offering a range of contracted hours from Full time to 18.75 hours a week.

Main duties of the job
An excellent opportunity has arisen in health records.
The applicants will need excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with tact and diplomacy, whilst providing a professional service.
You must have the ability to work in a busy environment and be confident in liaising and meeting with all grades of healthcare staff and patients.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
