We are looking to recruit a dynamicDirector of Commissioning and Performance to join our leadership team and help shape the future of commissioned patient care in Cardiff and Vale UHB.
This role is pivotal indriving change and leading the commissioned services to meet the populations needs. This will be delivered through the Health Board's Strategic Performance Management Framework, ensuring the Health Board's Annual Plan, Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP), and long-term change strategies are delivered.
Main duties of the job
This is a unique opportunity for a credible leader with proven experience in commissioning and performance to join a forward-thinking healthcare organisation. Building and maintaining relationships both internally and across multi-sector organisations is essential in this role. - Significant experience working at a senior managerial level.
- Significant experience of leading the development of strategies, frameworks and commissioning improvement plans with the engagement of a wide range of stakeholders.
