Main duties of the job

This role requires more than just rota management, it demands a proactive, detail-focused individual who understands the impact of effective planning on clinical safety and service delivery. You will need to be confident working with data, able to prioritise under pressure, and capable of interpreting contractual entitlements such as annual leave.

You will be the central point of contact for rota-related queries, often working with minimal supervision, so sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills are essential. Your ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, managers, and colleagues will make you a trusted and reliable member of the team.

Whether its reacting to short-notice gaps or forward planning study days, no two days are the same. If you're looking for a varied, rewarding role where your organisational strengths, accuracy, and resilience are truly valued, this is your chance to make a lasting impact within a team that will support your ongoing development and success

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
