Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Anaesthetic Practitioners with exceptional leadership skills. We are seeking enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking Anaesthetic Practitioners to support our Clinical Leaders deliver first class patient care and support the training and development of our junior workforce. If you have extensive experience of working in anaesthetics and have what it takes to lead and motivate others we want to hear from you!
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will be excellent communicators with proven leadership skills, be able to work as part of a team or on their own initiative and deputise for the Clinical Leader when required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for participating in all aspects of peri-operative care providing skilled clinical and technical assistance to the surgical team and will be expected to participate in an on-call rota and travel between sites.
