Job summary
An exciting opportunity is available to join a fantastic team and lead on implementing the Florence Electronic Investigator Site File (EISF) system. You will cooperate with stakeholders and drive service redesign to create a huge benefit to the Cardiff and Vale UHB research community. This is a 2 year fixed term/secondment opportunity.
Main duties of the job
Delivering the project in a coordinated manner across Cardiff and Vale UHB, whilst also linking in with Health Care Research Wales, the EISF programme team, and neighbouring health boards who are also implementing this change.
Flexibility and good communication are needed to ensure the needs of the research community are met and the benefits of the system are effectively understood.
The confidence to challenge existing ways of working is key to bringing about service improvement and improving systems and services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
