We are looking for someone to join our friendly team as a Clinic Co-ordinator to support our daily outpatient clinics. You will be working across weekdays during office hours.
Main duties of the job
You will have good communication, organisation, team -working and administration skills and experience of working with the public, reception duties and knowledge of data entry (training will be provided for our in-house IT systems). You will have a keen eye for accuracy.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive, courteous and efficient reception service to patients and perform to a high standard clerical and administrative duties associated with the co-ordination of outpatient clinics for members of the Clinical Team.
The successful candidate will fulfil the Clinic Co-Ordinator role for Transplant /Nephrology Clinics as designated and to be responsible for all aspects of the preparation and delivery of these clinics.
