Job summary

Health Records within University Hospital of Wales are looking to recruit in the Access to Records department.

This is a fast paced department, dealing with various directorates, patients and a variety of other departments and external stakeholders.

Main duties of the job

An excellent opportunity has arisen in health records.

The applicants will need excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with tact and diplomacy, whilst providing a professional service.

You must have the ability to work in a busy environment and be confident in liaising and meeting with all grades of healthcare staff and patients.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
