Job summary

Working as a member of the Bookings Team the post holder willreceive and respond to calls from the general public to book appointments.

This post is fixed term / secondment for 9 months due to the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job

Working to standard operating procedures, the post holder will provide a call handling service ensuring that patient information and appointment systems are utilized effectively to log calls and arrange/amend appointments as necessary.

To work on reception when needed - booking patients in for their appointments, being the face if the bookings team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
