Job summary

To assist and support the Head of Employee Health and Wellbeing Services as part of multidisciplinary team in the co-ordination, provision and delivery of an effective high-quality Occupational Health service, providing specialist advice and clinical services to the managers and staff of Cardiff and Vale (CAV) University Health Board / Cwm Taf Morgannwg (CTM) University Health Board. Primarily this post will meet the needs of the Health Board however it may also cover a wide range of clients from both public and private sectors.

The post holder will operate within the collaborative working model which encompasses both CAV and CTM University Health Boards with a requirement to work across all Occupational Health sites where required. also providing a service to external organisations as directed.

The post holder will work directly with clients to provide a comprehensive Occupational Health Service. The post holder will undertake all aspects of line management in relation to the Occupational Health nursing team as part of the collaborative model.
