Job summary

Clinic Co-ordinator, Welsh Gender Service

To provide a first-class reception and booking service to patients awaiting Welsh Gender services both by telephone and face to face.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply

Main duties of the job

To provide a first-class reception and booking service to patients awaiting Welsh Gender services both by telephone and face to face. To ensure that the administration and coordination of the waiting lists are carried out to the highest standards in accordance with the waiting list management procedures, including the appropriate management of cancellations and DNA's. To support with the day to day administration of the Welsh Gender Service.
