Main duties of the job
We have an opportunity in Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team for doctors who would like to join our brand new CESR fellowship programme. Come and work at C&V ULHB and join our vibrant group of SAS and acting consultants working towards their CESR. We aim to provide a stable and supportive environment for our CESR fellows to help them to achieve their first consultant post.
This is a 10 PA post and you will have opportunity to gain Management and Leadership experience along with clinical experience that needed to support CESR application. We will try to inbuilt the management and leadership opportunities in to the job plan following discussion with successful candidate.
Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team provides intensive input patients who otherwise need hospital admission. It offers assessment, diagnosis and treatment for the full range of psychiatric conditions. The team is made up of Consultant Psychiatrist, Specialty Doctor, Nurses, OT, Psychologist, Support Workers and Admin staff.
