The Physiotherapy Service has permanent Physiotherapist positions available on its comprehensive rotational scheme for staff who are available to start in the Spring and new graduates in Summer 2024.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain a wide variety of experience in predominantly adult services across the organisation with the opportunity to work in innovative and award-winning services. This will be a great opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment working with expert clinicians. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to work well within the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective services to patients.
You may be required to work your normal contracted hours flexibly, in a variety of different working patterns, in response to the needs of the service. Following a period of induction, you will be work as part of the respiratory on call and weekend duties.
We have long established links with Cardiff University, for undergraduate and post- graduate Physiotherapy education, including the provision of student placements.
Community services form an integral part of this varied rotational scheme. The post holder must be able to travel, in a timely manner to undertake duties of the post at various locations.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
