Job summary
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join the Spinal Injuries Team, working out of the purpose-built specialist rehabilitation centre at University Hospital Llandough (UHL).
The post is full time (37.5 hours) and the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and work well within a team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the senior clinicians and multidiscplinary spinal outreach team.
Duties are varied but will include managing the referral database, collating statistical information, managing outreach clinics, answering departmental phone calls, typing of letters and reports and booking patient appointments.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
