Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within the Occupational Health Team across Cardiff and Vale UHB and Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB.
If you have excellent communication skills and experience in clinical settings, then this post could provide the opportunity for you to embed within a forward thinking innovative team. The appointed individual will be supported by clinical staff and other staff around them to develop their knowledge and skills within the OH setting.
The post is 37.5 hours per week and the post holder would be expected to adopt a flexible approach to their work across multiple sites within both CAV UHB and CTM UHB to meet the demands of a dynamic service.
Main duties of the job
To work with the Occupational Health Team delegated tasks with appropriate supervision from a Registered Practitioner. Contribute to delivering a high quality service for Health Board employees, with an aim to achieve equity of health outcomes.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
