Are you ready for a move into a new post? The medicine team are looking for three occupational therapists to join our established service. Based in the University Hospital Llandough, the posts are full and part time and therapists with existing Band 6 experience or those ready for a new challenge are invited to apply.
Applicants will have the experience and passion for working on medical wards as part of a dynamic MDT.
Supervision and opportunities for continuing professional development are well established and we actively support the education of students within our service.

Main duties of the job
Occupational therapy is core to the medicine team delivering occupational therapy ward-based assessment and intervention as part of the multidisciplinary team. The role includes occupational therapy patient and environmental/home assessments, equipment provision and linking with community partners. The post requires supervision of junior staff and students, service development and actively supporting the team to ensure a current evidence base.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
