Principal Public Health Practitioner - Tobacco Lead
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, with excellent communication skills, to join our busy and dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to the Tobacco agenda across the Health Board area, and also ensure effective engagement with relevant national programmes.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have a proven track record of successful delivery of public health programmes, and experience of working with partners both within and outside of the NHS. They will also display an aptitude for innovation, creativity and generating different ideas for taking things forward.
As a senior member of the Public Health Team, they will be expected to contribute to the development of the team, management of staff, and delivery of other identified team priorities.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
