We are looking for a highly motivated Physician Associate (PA) with a good understanding of current workforce challenges to support senior clinical leaders to deliver on workforce priorities at a regional level.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for delivery of a portfolio focusing on post-qualifying training and education for PAs, to include:
- Training needs analysis to understand post-graduate training requirements for PAs across different care pathways.
- Mapping current provision and opportunities across the region.
- Supporting HEE and stakeholders to understand and develop additional post-qualifying opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of policy for Medical Associate Professions and gain experience of strategic working within HEE. You will join several other Clinical Fellows from a variety of professional backgrounds and will benefit from coaching from senior clinical leads, shadowing opportunities at senior meetings, facilitated action learning sets and a recognised leadership development programme. The part-time nature of the post will enable you to continue with some clinical responsibilities should you wish to do so.

Successful delivery is dependent on ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
