Job summary
Assurance Analysts work with the Operations Manager, Senior Management, Information Analysts and Statisticians to ensure that all elements of the service are monitored, recorded and reported consistently, on time and to the highest possible standard of data quality.
Assurance Analysts ensure that Caseworkers and Clinical Advisers have the data, database and information technology tools to deliver an efficient, consistent and accountable service.

Main duties of the job
Assurance Analysts uses data, knowledge and experience to provide assurance concerning the quality, consistency and effectiveness of the operations.
Assurance Services is a fast-paced, evolving and high-profile part of our business and therefore is subject to performance measures and targets.
The Assurance Analyst is responsible for managing their own workload under a high degree of pressure and time constraints. Therefore the role calls for someone with technical expertise, operational experience and high degrees of professionalism.
