We have an Advisor post available until 31/03/2024 with the possibility of further FTE becoming available.
This role is also available to applicants in the Fleetwood and Wakefield areas.
NHSBSA Workforce Service Directorate (WSD) provides a range of services that support NHS employers to streamline HR and recruitment processes, as well as supporting employees throughout their NHS career and beyond.
The NHS Long Term Plan sets out many workforce ambitions and activities to address current and future workforce pressures. You will be part of the Optimisation Team who offers extra support to the NHS and wider system to overcome these workforce challenges.

Main duties of the job
You will work alongside NHS Jobs, ESR, HR Shared Services and NHS Pensions Teams, providing hands on support and guidance to organisations in their implementation and roll-out of WSD Services and Systems and as part of this you will:
- Work with the Implementation Lead to support organisations through their transition journey.
- You will provide updates to the Implementation Lead about each transition
- Build excellent working relationships internally and externally, with colleagues, customers and system users.
- Encourage an atmosphere of trust and openness based on working together and shared objectives. Support the implementation of business change across several projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Champion the use of WSD systems across the NHS and beyond by highlighting the benefits during implementation.
- This post includes extensive travel across the NHS regions.

Support multiple implementation projects to ensure a successful implementation for both NHSBSA and organisations using NHS Jobs, ESR, Pensions and HR Shared Services.3.
