  7. Leadership and guidance - you are committed to agreed good practice around user-centred design and agile ways of working for the team, helping onboard new starters and sensitively challenging substandard work by peers. You recommend design decisions and describe the reasoning behind these. You identify and articulate design disputes between direct peers and local stakeholders. You understand the importance of team dynamics and collaboration for good user-centred design, and can receive and deliver feedback appropriately.
  8. Prototyping in code - you write HTML, CSS and JavaScript, while using appropriate Government and other design systems.
