As the national Workforce Management solution for the NHS in England and Wales the functionality and technologies within NHS ESR solution are making a real difference to the ESR experience for NHS managers and employees. NHS managers and employees are accessing ESR via the portal giving users direct access to important information about their personal information, absence, pay, and training compliance, amongst other key information.
There is now an opportunity to join the NHSBSA ESR Team and work with us to help NHS organisations maximise their use of ESR, make real cost savings, improve efficiency and productivity, and support the delivery of the NHS People Plan and local workforce strategy.
We have a unique opportunity to join our regional team working in the Midlands and East of England.
To join our team you should be:
- An ambitious and motivated individual with demonstrable ESR operational and implementation experience with particular focus on Portal, SSHR and Learning Management;
- Passionate about helping NHS organisations optimise their use of ESR ensuring that the maximum business benefits can be achieved;
- Able to demonstrate strong project management and implementation skills;
- Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the broader ESR solution and its associated benefits.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of the regional team, responsible to the ESR Senior Account Manager for the Midlands and East of England region, you will work alongside the ESR Functional Account Managers to provide hands on support and guidance to organisations in their implementation and roll-out of the full ESR solution. You will have a professional line of accountability to the Senior Development Advisor to ensure that up to date knowledge of ESR development and functionality is maintained.
