Join us as a People Relations and Culture Specialist and play a key role in shaping an exceptional colleague experience across our organisation. Main duties of the job
As a People Relations and Culture Specialist, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant and values-driven employee relations support. You will act as a trusted expert on complex and sensitive ER matters, managing cases autonomously and ensuring fair, consistent and well-evidenced outcomes. Your work will shape how we support, engage and protect colleagues, strengthening a positive employment experience rooted in our Just and Restorative Learning Culture.
A core part of the role is developing, reviewing and implementing People policies that reflect best practice, evolving legislation and the expectations of an inclusive employer. You will also play a central role in organisational change activity--including restructures, redundancy processes, TUPE and consultations--ensuring leaders are supported to make sound, lawful and compassionate decisions.
Using data, insights and strong judgement, you will identify risks, influence decision making and drive continuous improvement in how ER and people-related change are managed. Building trusted relationships across the organisation will be essential to enabling collaborative and constructive problem solving.
