We are recruiting for an Administrator role on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2026 to join the Commercial Liaison Team.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for administrating, managing and supporting all elements of the work of the team. The administrator will have a portfolio of projects that they will take the administrative lead for.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:
- Knowledge of work procedures to manage routine office tasks, such as records management, diary management and facilitating meetings
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The Commercial Liaison Team (CLT), which incorporates PASLU, provides an interface between NICE guidance production and the NHS England Commercial Directorates to ensure that: the value judgements made by NICE committees in the development of guidance are effectively translated and incorporated into those used in related commercial engagements led by NHS England.
