Job summary
We are looking for a senior content manager to tell the story of NICE through our owned and earned channels. This will include the corporate website and social media channels, as well as through leveraging external stakeholder channels such as trade press and stakeholder blogs.
The postholder will lead on the creation of exciting and engaging multi-media content that highlights the impact NICE can have on the health and care system. The role will involve close working with the strategic communications manager, writer, social media manager, and media manager to horizon scan, map out, and deliver a steady drumbeat of corporate content across our owned and earned channels.
The role will also oversee the creation of corporate publications such as the annual report and business plan, as well as thought leadership pieces on behalf of the executive team (ET). This senior role will involve working directly with ET and in particular the chief executive on the creation of content.
The role will report to the Associate Director for Content and Channels.
Main duties of the job
As our senior content manager, you'll:
o work closely with ET, the CEO and Chair to develop thought leadership pieceso support the writer with identifying and building external relationships in order to leverage earned channelso lead on the development of corporate content campaigns and ensure that all content is high quality and informed by insight and regular evaluationo lead on the development of corporate publications such as the annual reporto provide leadership to the writer and graphic designer
