As OD Practitioner, you will support the Head of OD and Talent in the delivery of organisational development interventions and projects which serve the strategic priorities of NICE, including the culture change and transformation agendas.

A significant part of the role will be to support the OD aspects of the 'new ways of working' and culture change agenda, utilising robust OD approaches and methodologies and acting as a source of expertise in the OD field. This will include designing and delivering team building and team development sessions in house and managing OD projects. The role will also include liaising with and co-ordinating external OD consultants working with us to deliver programmes of development.

You'll be joining a small friendly team of experts in the talent development, diversity and inclusion, OD and staff engagement.

We would also be open to secondment opportunities for this position.

Main duties of the job

1. Support the OD aspects of the culture change and transformation agenda, ensuring the right impact is being made to enable behavioural and culture change, empowerment, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality business outcomes across NICE's strategic 4 priorities.

2. Provide OD expertise, contributing to the design and delivery of people, organisational development, and organisational design projects and initiatives providing advice, and delivering activity and services as required.

3. Undertake diagnostics, design, and delivery of a wide range of OD projects and interventions ranging from team development and coaching, action learning sets & other peer consulting approaches, to interventions supporting individuals (including coaching, 360 feedback and psychometrics) and large-scale group activity (listening events, big conversations, etc)

4. To support the implementation of the NICE values and behaviour framework and supporting activities and materials in line with NICE's leadership competences, values, and culture change programme

5. Support the employee relations team and trade union in the implementation of a restorative and just learning approach to people management

6. Provide OD analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations, feedback, and, where appropriate, action planning, for a wide range of HR and ER activity e.g., case work, management of change activity, policy development.
